How do I get access to Oralis?
Download the app, create an account, and verify your email and phone number. Oralis reviews new accounts as part of our private client-vetting process; you'll be notified in the app once your access is approved.
My account is still "under review", what now?
Vetting is usually quick. If it's taking longer than expected, email
info@neuval.be with the email address on your account and we'll look into it.
I'm not receiving the SMS verification code.
Check that your number is entered with the correct country code and that you have signal. Wait a moment and request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, contact
info@neuval.be and we'll help verify your account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to
Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data, except records we are legally required to keep. You can also email
info@oralis.be for assistance.
How do I request a copy of my data, or exercise my privacy rights?
How do I report an abusive message or user?
Email

We have zero tolerance for abuse: every report is reviewed and we act on objectionable content or abusive users, usually within 24 hours, including suspending or removing the account responsible. Because Oralis chat is one-to-one with your assigned agent, you can also stop all contact by deleting your account in
Settings → Delete account.
Are the valuations official appraisals?
No. Valuations and the mortgage simulator give indicative estimates for guidance only. They are not a formal appraisal or a credit offer. Always consult a qualified professional before making a decision.
Which devices does Oralis support?
Oralis is an iPhone app and requires iOS 18 or later. It's available in English, French and Dutch.
