Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oralis mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided under the "Oralis" brand by Oralis SRL, trading as "Oralis Real Estate" ("Oralis", "we", "us"), and published and operated on its behalf by Neuval Studio. Please read them carefully.

1.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.The Oralis service

Oralis is a private real-estate application for Belgium. It lets approved users browse curated property listings, communicate directly with Oralis agents, save favourites, request indicative valuations, use a mortgage simulator, and store documents in a personal vault. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3.Who we are & regulatory information

The Service is provided under the Oralis brand by Oralis SRL, trading as "Oralis Real Estate", a real-estate agency established in Belgium (company number BE 0820.211.214, registered office Rue Defacqz 40, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium). The Oralis app is published and operated on its behalf by Neuval Studio (Neuval, company number BE 1025.564.766, registered office Chaussée de Charleroi 49 BP 5, 1060 Brussels, Belgium).

Regulatory information. Oralis Real Estate is a licensed real-estate agent (estate agent) in Belgium, subject to the rules of the Institut professionnel des agents immobiliers (IPI) / Beroepsinstituut van Vastgoedmakelaars (BIV).

4.Eligibility & account approval

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Access to certain features requires that your account be reviewed and approved by Oralis as part of our client-vetting process. We may approve, decline, or revoke access at our reasonable discretion, for example to protect the integrity and safety of our community. Verification by email and SMS may be required.

5.Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at info@neuval.be if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

6.Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or post unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful content;
• harass agents or other users, or send spam or unsolicited promotions;
• post objectionable content, including anything hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory or defamatory;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service's security or operation;
• scrape, copy, or reuse listings, valuations or other content except as the Service intends;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

7.Community safety, reporting & moderation

Oralis lets you exchange messages and images with Oralis agents. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. To keep everyone safe:

• Report. You can report an abusive message or user by emailing info@neuval.be. Every report is reviewed.
• Blocking abusive users. Oralis chat is one-to-one with your assigned agent. If someone behaves abusively, we suspend or remove their access so they can no longer make contact, and you can end your own account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
• We act fast. We aim to review reports of objectionable content or abusive users and take action within 24 hours. Where content or a user breaches these Terms, we remove the content and warn, suspend or permanently remove the account responsible.
• Serious abuse. Users who post illegal or seriously harmful content may be removed immediately and permanently, without prior notice, and reported to the authorities where the law requires.

By using the messaging features, you agree to this moderation and to our removal of content or accounts that breach these Terms.

8.Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, messages and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Oralis a limited licence to host, store and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

9.Listings & valuations

• Listings are provided for general information and may originate from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that any listing, price, availability or description is complete, current or error-free. A listing does not constitute a binding offer.
• Valuations and the mortgage simulator provide indicative estimates generated by automated models for guidance only. They are not a formal appraisal, a credit offer, financial, legal or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making a decision.

10.Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, listing data and automated valuations). Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

11.Intellectual property

The Service, including the Oralis name, logo, design, text and software, is owned by Oralis or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including your rights as a consumer.

13.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oralis shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14.Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end; clauses that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

15.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
